Meet Adrian Wallace, a dynamic individual with a diverse background in sports and wellness. Adrian’s love for athleticism launched from soccer and baseball, and then later embraced martial arts. With a degree in Kinesiology from UBC (BKIN) and education from the National Academy of Osteopathy (DOMP), he brings both academic knowledge and practical experience to his career. Adrian’s expertise as a personal trainer spans to diverse clients, working with athletes, entrepreneurs, tradesmen, musicians, and actors. His passion lies in optimizing fitness and witnessing transformations in people’s lives.

Adrian has an extensive professional background. He has served as the Head Athletic Trainer for UBC Thunderbirds UBC Women’s Soccer, providing crucial support to collegiate athletes. Adrian has also contributed his expertise as an Athletic Trainer at the Stanley Park Open Wheelchair Tennis event and as a coach at the West Van Track & Field Club, specializing in sprinting, throws, and jumps. Furthermore, his influence extends to coaching Tennis Canada Junior National Team athletes, where he continues to inspire and guide the next generation of athletes. Adrian’s multi-faceted experience underscores his commitment to excellence in the world of sports and wellness.
