John Tai has practiced Massage Therapy since 1997. He has a particular interest in pain management, mental health, sports and rehabilitation therapy. Besides massage therapy, he is active in the OCR circuit; he completed multiple Spartan Ultra-beasts and 55 miles in the World’s Toughest Mudder.

Our studio is located in Yaletown, the heart of Vancouver’s downtown. Having partnered with LEVEL, a luxurious hotel-style apartment building, you get to enjoy the privacy and security of the building and can focus on your fitness goals.

Our studio is clean, conditioned and well-maintained. With state-of-the-art equipment, sauna, steam room and shower amenities, we guarantee a great experience every time you come in through the doors.

Because it’s a private training studio, we make sure not to overcrowd the space, so you can proceed through your workout session without any delays or interruptions. We’ll be happy to give you a tour so you can see it for yourself! Parking spaces are always available.
