Dave graduated from Queen's university both with his Bachelors degree in Physical and Health Education/Science as well as his Master's in Physiotherapy. Over his career Dave has had the opportunity to work with many high level athletes from the NHL, NFL, CFL, AHL, CHL, and other athletes pursuing high performance.

Amanda Goy

MSc in Physical Therapy, Queens University

Amanda attended the University of British Columbia and completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree in Kinesiology and Health Science, as well as MSc in Physical Therapy from Queen's University. Amanda is the lead physiotherapist with the over six hundred Vancouver All Stars athletes, and does consulting work for Barre Fitness at their various locations.

The space


Our studio is located in Yaletown, the heart of Vancouver’s downtown. Having partnered with LEVEL, a luxurious hotel-style apartment building, you get to enjoy the privacy and security of the building and can focus on your fitness goals.

Our studio is clean, conditioned and well-maintained. With state-of-the-art equipment, sauna, steam room and shower amenities, we guarantee a great experience every time you come in through the doors.

Because it’s a private training studio, we make sure not to overcrowd the space, so you can proceed through your workout session without any delays or interruptions. We’ll be happy to give you a tour so you can see it for yourself! Parking spaces are always available.
