We meet with you to get an in-depth understanding of your goals and your physical assessment. Following a clearance from your doctor, we set out to create a program that addresses your needs.

Once you deliver your baby, we help you get back to your fitness routine that includes not only in-gym training, but also an out-of-gym program that you can do safely on your own.

Our programs are designed based on the guidelines recommended by Health Canada for expectant mothers. There will be an emphasis on strengthening certain muscular areas to maintain good posture and stability during the pregnancy as well as to help support the body through the delivery.

Corine Latreille

In addition to 16 years of experience as an athlete, performer and coach, Corine is an NCCP Level 2 certified artistic gymnastics coach, ACE certified Personal Trainer, and a Pre/Postnatal Fitness instructor. Corine has two children of her own and knows first-hand the impact pregnancy can have on the body. Corine works with every client individually to create a program that is tailored to individual goals & body limits.

The space

Our studio is located in Yaletown, the heart of Vancouver’s downtown. Having partnered with LEVEL, a luxurious hotel-style apartment building, you get to enjoy the privacy and security of the building and can focus on your fitness goals.

Our studio is clean, conditioned and well-maintained. With state-of-the-art equipment, sauna, steam room and shower amenities, we guarantee a great experience every time you come in through the doors.

Because it’s a private training studio, we make sure not to overcrowd the space, so you can proceed through your workout session without any delays or interruptions. We’ll be happy to give you a tour so you can see it for yourself! Parking spaces are always available.
